Position Title: 1099 Overseeing Physician

Job Summary:

The Overseeing Physician provides medical care for the patients of Pivot Onsite Innovations, oversight of regional medical offices, and to ensure that the scope of services and level of care meets the expectations of the company’s clients.

Your typical day includes:

  • Working in coordination with the company’s Chief Medical Director to identify potential quality assurance and quality improvement issues arising in the course of work
  • Assisting the Chief Medical Director in the management and oversight of operations of Utah locations
  • Assisting in the evaluation, assessment, development, and management of clinical and non-clinical staff (including medical provider staff)
  • Participating in the cultivation/development of new clients and maintenance of existing clients through limited marketing activities set forth by the Chief Medical Director

You are a great fit if you:

  • Have a M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical institution
  • Completed an accredited emergency medicine, internal medicine, or family medicine graduate medical education program
  • Are board certified in the primary care field or a recent graduate of residency, pending board certification
  • Are a certified DOT Medical Examiner and Medical Review Officer
  • Demonstrate ability to facilitate appropriate management and referral for occupational health injuries
  • Have the ability to learn vaccination/medication requirements for international travel and have knowledge of OSHA, other Federal/State occupational health regulations, and drug/alcohol testing requirements
