New Grad Mentorship Program

Pivot Physical Therapy’s New Grad Mentorship is designed to ensure our newly licensed clinicians achieve long-term clinical and professional success. All Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants and Athletic Trainers with less than 12 months of experience are automatically enrolled in this structured six-month program that includes a personal mentor, bi-monthly meetings, didactic courses and additional resources and opportunities for self-guided study and career advancement.

Athletic Trainer Mentorship Program – Onsite Innovations Division

Whether you are an experienced Industrial Athletic Trainer or making a transition to the Occ Health setting, Pivot’s Onsite Innovations division offers an Athletic Trainer mentorship program to ensure your professional success. As a new employee, you will be automatically enrolled in our 10+ week onboarding and mentoring programs.” You will be assigned a mentor and mentee group and meet weekly to cover such topics as communications and relationship building, OSHA/Workers Comp, documentation and EMR training, and more.

NPTE Test Prep and Career Starter Leadership Training

Pivot Physical Therapy proudly partners with PT Final Exam to help you prepare and pass the National Physical Therapy Exam plus provide you with valuable professional leadership and career development training. Fees are fully reimbursed from your CEU funds once you start employment with Pivot.
